All products run according to international size standards. Please refer to the below chart.

Shipping is absolutely FREE for shipments within Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Please check 5 for other international shipping.
4. How long does it take to receive my order once payment is made?
Products will be delivered within 10 days for orders from Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore after payment has been made. If you have any request for a faster delivery, please remember to mention it when placing the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. How long does international shipping takes?
International orders may take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on the location.
7. Do you take credit cards?
We only accept direct deposit for orders in Thailand & Malaysia. PayPal Transfer is accepted for any other international orders.
8. When do I have to pay after an order has been made?i
Items for your order will be kept for 3 days before payment. Payment will need to be made within 3 days or else your order will be released and items will be made available for sale again.
9. What is the exchange and return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund or an exchange. You are required to send the items back to us in the original packaging while making sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process the exchange or refund order immediately. Maximum of ONE exchange is allowed per merchandise.
